In the forex market the main role is played by the buyers and the sellers. An exchange rate means the rate where a currency is exchanged with another currency. Forex fixing basically indicates fixing the exchange rate but this is to keep in mind that there is no universal method to globally stabilize the exchange rate.

Every country has the control over the exchange rate of their country’s currency. It is generally done to control the country’s inflation and to have a check on it. No doubt that forex encourages foreign investors and foreign business to a larger extend.
